Products and Designs

  • Are your products good? We work with top global manufacturers where quality is checked at each step. Further, our in-house fashion consultants make sure that every day new and latest designs are being brought to Singapore.
  • I need something that is not on your website, can you find it for me? If you want any products to be present on our website, please email your suggestions to info@purpletulsi.com. Our product team will work to get those products as soon as possible. From Bridal wear to designer items - we have partner manufacturers in all categories.
  • I need custom stitching, is it possible? Yes, for many of the items custom stitching is possible, please email info@purpletulsi.com with the product number for our team to check.

Account Creation

  • What is My Account? Do I need one? Your don't need an account to place an order, you can do a guest checkout as well. However, creating an account allows you to keep a track of your past orders and statuses.
  • What if I have forgotten my password? If you need help in setting up an account or have forgotten your password, please email us at info@purpletulsi.com

Placing an Order

  • How do I place an order? You can browse through our website via the top menu, side menu or any other image shown on the pages. For any product that you like, please click on the image. This will open us the product detail page. Here you will find the sizes available, price and other descriptions. Simply choose your size, and press 'Buy Now'. Rest of the instructions will come on screen.
  • How do I make a payment? You can pay via our completely secure checkout system via Credit or Debit Cards. We accept all major cards. You can also choose to pay via Cash on Delivery or Paypal.
  • How do I know that my order was placed? Once you place an order via our website, you will receive an email with your order number. In case you do not recieve the email, please check your Spam folder or drop us an email at info@purpletulsi.com to confirm.
  • Are all items in stock? Yes, we keep a real time inventory feed and any out of stock item is immediately removed from our website.

Shipping and Delivery

  • How long does it take to deliver? All products will have a delivery time written in the description. Our items are usually delivered in about 7 - 10 days, many items are also delivered in 24-48Hrs. We are continuously improving our operations and are continuously decreasing this item. If you need an urgent delivery please drop us an email at info@purpletulsi.com, and our team will check on the options.
  • How do you deliver? What happens if I am not at home? We deliver via a professional courier company. They coordinate with the customer to make sure that the delivery is successful. If a delivery fails, we will also ensure another attempt. You can always drop us an email at info@purpletulsi.com and our team will check on an urgent basis.
  • What are the delivery charges? For orders above 40 SGD, delivery is free all over Singapore. For orders less than 40 SGD, we have a flat 5 SGD delivery charge.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • I want to cancel my order, what should I do? For a limited time, we have Free cancellations - please email our team at info@purpletulsi.com with your order number and they will check on the same.
  • I want to exchange my item to something else, what should I do? For a limited time, we have Free Exchanges within 7 days of delivery - please email our team at info@purpletulsi.com with your order number and they will revert with the process.
  • I want to return my order and get a complete refund, what should I do? For a limited time, we have Complete Return and Refund option within 7 days of delivery - please email our team at info@purpletulsi.com with your order number and they will revert with the process.
