As the first fully fledged e-commerce store in Singapore that focuses on fusion fashion, we have always kept one motto on our walls - "Listen to your customers". 

If you have ordered from us, you would know that we promise 24-48Hrs delivery by tying up with a professional courier firm. Such speedy deliveries come at a cost. And the costs increase when we do a reverse pickup for returns/exchanges. We used to charge a 5$ fee for exchanges & 10$ fee for returns which were less than what it cost us, but we were also listening to customer feedback. 

A lot of our customers were hesitant of shopping due to these charges and so, for a limited period, we have changed our policies to remove all doubts in shopping from PurpleTulsi.

Starting today, you can exchange or return any item within 7 days without worrying about any extra charges. We will still schedule pickups and keep up our service speed, but there would be no extra cost incurred.

    First time browsing through your e-shop. I like the kurtis but a pity S-sizes are not available. Will you restock the items?

    Hi I’m impressed with ur beautiful salwar suits. I wear plus size 48.

    What would be the appropriate size for me ..I’m a bit confused…coz 3XL too small n 4XL says chest size 50…

    My chest size – 46 to 48
    Waist – 40
    Hips – 50
    In inches.

    Hi, I am very happy to know that you will not be charging for exchange or return of an item. Great, now i will not hesitate to order something. I was worried about getting the suitable size, but now i don’t need to worry. Thank you very much!
